I emailed to say my coloured mirror was faulty because it was all blurry and scratched.
In a very professional manner I felt listened to. It was explained that it would be looked into, but could i please send through another picture this time with the plastic masking removed.
Needless to say at that point i felt a fool. I hadnt removed it and the material was perfect.
